We want you to love your Parker Thatch purchase, but if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns of unused, non-customized items within 14 days of delivery. Please note that personalized or monogrammed pieces are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process and select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided; a flat return shipping fee will be deducted from your final refund amount.
Pack Securely
Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is in its original, unworn condition.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number; your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days of receipt at our warehouse.
